  • Where are you located?

    Our address is 1959 Mamquam rd. Take the path on the right side of the home. If there is no parking in front of the hedge then please park on the left side of the driveway ( when looking at the house).

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Thanks for the heads up! To cancel or adjust treatments, we require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to avoid being charged in full. Group and bridal bookings require a deposit upon booking to get the party started.

  • How to use the product I bought at your salon -, help!

    Check out our products page for the links to all the information you need on our retail products. If you still have questions, come on in and we’ll help you out!

  • Can I book appointments online?

    If you’ve been to our salon before and you know what you need to be done, you’re welcome to book online. If you’re new, or not sure whether it’s foils or balayage, please call so we make sure we have the right human and time booked for your needs. Anyway, we miss the sound of your voice!

  • How do I know who is the right stylist for me?

    Give us a call and let us know what you need. We’ll be sure to find the right fit for your hair (ahem, and personality) type!

  • What is your product return policy?

    We guarantee our products and services 100%. If you are unsure how to properly use a product we are happy to schedule you in for a quick consultation with one of our knowledgeable staff members to explain proper usage.

    *If you have a sensitivity issue, or the product is truly not meeting your needs, bring it back within two weeks of the original purchase and we will exchange it.

    *Electronics (hair straighteners and blow dryers) are guaranteed at Concrete Blonde within a month of purchase. After one month the warranty goes to the manufacturer for the first year of use.

  • Can I use non-professional hair products on my professionally coloured hair?

    We cannot guarantee colour services from fading if you do not use professional, stylist recommended hair care products as non-professional hair products have the potential to strip your hair colour.

  • If you could do the hair of one famous person, who would it be?

    Just making sure you’re not a robot. We’d choose Ryan Gosling. Obviously.
